I strive to meet my clients where they are and let that guide the pace of our sessions. During your first session,  we will discuss your personal and health history, and current presentation, and collaborate to develop therapeutic goals.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes! All sessions are confidential with the exception of mandated court orders and/or if issues arise that would impact your overall safety or the safety of others.

What type of insurances are accepted?

We accept most major insurances such as Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna Oscar, Optum, and United Healthcare. If your insurance is not listed please inquire about out-of-network billing and/or self-pay options.

Do you provide in person sessions?

No, at this time my practice is fully virtual and all sessions take place on a secure HIPAA compliant platform.  All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with internet accessibility and a confidential space in which sessions will take place.
